SOCIAL PORTAL SYSTEM – DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT FOR THE STATE OF SÃO PAULO
Social Portal System – Single Registry
To accurately identify and enhance the public services intended for parts of the population of São Paulo in a state of social vulnerability, the Department of Social Development for the State of São Paulo instituted the Social Portal System – Single Registry. Fundação Ezute ran the project that unified registries of Families and Individuals with the use of data from the Single Registry of Caixa Econômica Federal, which thus became the best assistance in the formulation of policies and solutions in management measures in these areas. Each social program, which before operated separately, was integrated in the Department.
Improvement of the Management System of Social Programs
The improvement of the Management System of Social Programs developed by Fundação Ezute for the Department of Social Development for the State of São Paulo (SEDS), is a tool that enables the improvement and better integration of the management of different social programs, in order to ensure access to services and benefits to citizens in situations of vulnerability in the State of São Paulo. These programs cover approximately 350,000 families, approximately 1,100,000 people living in a situation of extreme social vulnerability. The benefits are organized into specific programs, like the Bom Prato; Viva Leite; São Paulo Amigo do Idoso; Ação Jovem; Renda Cidadã and São Paulo Solidário.
